In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar or honey, sesame seeds, black pepper, sesame oil, vinegar, green onions, garlic, and ginger, and mix well.

We divide the marinade into two parts. The first part is placed on the chicken, which we let marinate for an hour or more. Then we skewer the chicken as shown in the video and place it in the air fryer at 180°C for 20 minutes.

The second part of the marinade is placed in a pan over heat and cooked until it thickens. We then brush it onto the chicken and serve. Enjoy your meal!
