We slice the apple into thin slices without peeling it.

We slice the cooked and peeled beet into thin slices.

We arrange the lettuce at the bottom of the salad bowl.

We add the arugula on top of the lettuce.

We add the beet slices to the bowl.

We add the apple slices over the ingredients.

We grate the feta cheese using the grater.

We sprinkle the grated feta cheese over the salad.

We mix the dressing ingredients (lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and a pinch of black pepper) in a small jar.
