We heat the olive oil in the pan over medium heat.

We add the chicken breast pieces to the pan.

We season the chicken with the following spices: black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, coriander powder, cumin, turmeric, curry powder, ginger, and salt to taste. We stir the chicken well in the pan

Once the chicken is coated with spices, we add minced garlic to the pan. We stir the mixture well until the garlic is browned and fragrant.

When the chicken is fully cooked and browned on all sides, we remove it from the pan and set it aside

In the same pan, add olive oil

We chop the vegetables into small pieces. We add chopped onion, sweet pepper, hot pepper, carrot, green beans, and chopped tomatoes to the pan. We stir the vegetables well until they soften and change color.

After the vegetables are cooked, we add the chicken and one tomato cut into small cubes.

Prepare the tzatziki dressing: We grate the cucumber finely and place it in a bowl. We add yogurt, mashed garlic, salt, and dried mint. We stir the ingredients until fully combined.

Place the tzatziki in a dish, then add the chicken and vegetable mixture on top

Finally, we sprinkle finely chopped parsley on top
