Ingredients

  • 0.5Grams (g) Sago seeds
  • 3Psc.Mango
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Coconut Cream
  • 0.75CupMilk
  • 1CupHoney
  • 0.5PinchSaffron
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)cardamon
  • 1Cupwater
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio

Steps

    Boil a pot of water, add the sago pearls, and cook for 15 minutes while stirring occasionally.

    Drain and rinse the sago under cold water, then set aside to cool.

    Peel and dice the mangoes, then place them in a bowl.

    Add milk, coconut cream, and honey to the mangoes, and mix well.

    Blend the mixture using a hand blender or regular blender until smooth.

    Add the cooked sago pearls to the blended mango mixture

    Soak the saffron and cardamom in a little water, then add it to the mixture

    Stir everything until well combined.

    Pour the mixture into serving glasses.
