We prepare the marinade by placing olive oil, salt, yogurt, red pepper, lemon juice, tomato paste, oregano, onion, garlic, black pepper, white vinegar, and soy sauce in a blender and blending until smooth.

We cut the chicken as shown in the video, then place it in the marinade we prepared and leave it to marinate for at least three hours.

We prepare the garlic sauce by placing the whites of two eggs, a pinch of salt, three cloves of garlic, and the juice of one lemon in a food processor. We blend them well, then gradually add the vegetable oil as shown in the video until it reaches a creamy consistency. Serve it in a serving dish.

We place the chicken on the grill as shown in the video.

We place the chicken on the charcoal and leave it for five minutes on the first side without moving it. Then, we flip it to the second side and leave it for another five minutes.

We remove the chicken from the charcoal and let it rest for fifteen minutes.

We brush the chicken with the same marinade and place it back on the charcoal until it takes on color. We leave it on the first side for five minutes, and before flipping it to the other side, we brush it with the marinade again, then flip it and leave it for another five minutes.
