  • 1CupBéchamel sauce

    We cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Then, we fry it in a pan with oil, salt, and black pepper until it’s cooked.

    Cut the vegetables into small pieces as desired (carrots, potatoes, colored peppers, mushrooms, onions, broccoli).

    Add the vegetables to the skillet with the chicken and stir to combine, then let them cook for 10 minutes

    Add the tomato paste and water and simmer for 10 minutes

    In a large earthenware or Pyrex dish (if desired), layer the chicken and vegetable mixture, then cover with the béchamel sauce

    Top with mozzarella cheese.

    Place the dish in the oven until the cheese is melted and golden, about 10 minutes.
