Chicken Teriyaki Canapés

- 2CupMaple syrup
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin

- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
- 1PinchHot chilli powder
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Italian spices
- 1Psc.Brioche toast
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Ketchup
- 3Psc.Green pepper

Marinate the Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into thin cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes using olive oil, maple syrup, paprika, cumin powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of cayenne pepper (optional).

Bake the Chicken: Bake the marinated chicken in the oven for 20 minutes, then let it cool.

Prepare the Brioche Toast: Spray the brioche toast with oil spray, sprinkle with Italian spices, and bake in the oven for 5 minutes until lightly toasted.

Roast the Green Bell Pepper: Roast the green bell pepper in the oven for 5–10 minutes until tender.

Assemble the Canapés: Assemble the canapés by placing a piece of toasted brioche on a plate, topping it with a dollop of ketchup (or your preferred sauce), then adding a piece of chicken and a piece of roasted green pepper, and securing it with a toothpick.
