Ingredients

  • 4Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 1CupSugar
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water

Steps

    Wash and drain the rice using a strainer.

    Place the rice in a pot with water over medium heat.

    Cook while stirring occasionally until the grains are fully softened.

    Add 2 kg of milk and stir over medium heat.

    Dissolve the cornstarch in cold milk, then gradually add it while stirring continuously.

    Add sugar and continue stirring until fully dissolved and thickened.

    Add orange blossom water at the end and stir.

    Pour the pudding into serving bowls and let it cool.

    Garnish with pumpkin jam cubes and crushed pistachios.
