Ingredients

  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder

  • 1PinchBlack Seeds
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Anise powder

Steps

    Knead all the ingredients together until you get a smooth dough.

    Roll the dough out, then place it on a strainer or grater, and roll it up.

    Fry it in hot oil on low heat until it turns golden brown.

    Once golden, dip it in syrup (attar) and it’s ready to serve.
