Fudgy Brownies
Ingredients

- 3Grams (g) Unsalted butter

We chop 400 grams of chocolate into small pieces using a sharp knife.

We place the chopped chocolate in a glass bowl and melt it using a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted.

We crack 3 eggs into a large mixing bowl, then add 1 cup of white sugar.

Using a hand or electric whisk, we beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes smooth and slightly lighter in color.

We gradually add the melted chocolate to the egg and sugar mixture while stirring continuously until fully combined.

We add 1 cup of all-purpose flour to the mixture and gently fold it in until no flour remains visible.

We add 2 tablespoons of extra chocolate chunks into the batter to give it a richer texture and deeper chocolate flavor.
