Ingredients

  • 4.25Cupwater
  • 5CupSugar
  • 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Clove
  • 5Teaspoons (tsp)cardamon
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Cardamom powder
  • 1Psc.Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1Psc.Ginger
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Tea
  • 6CupMilk powder
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch

Steps

    In a pot over heat, combine 1 cup of water, sugar, cloves, cardamom pods, ground cardamom, cinnamon stick, ginger, and tea.

    Allow the mixture to come to a boil.

    In a separate bowl, mix 3 cups of water with the powdered milk and stir until fully dissolved.

    Add the milk mixture to the pot and let it boil for 5 minutes.

    Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove the spices and tea leaves.

    Dissolve 1 tablespoon of cornstarch in ¼ cup of water and add it to the strained mixture

    Stir the mixture slightly, then serve.
