We mix the tomato paste, ketchup, Iraqi sauce, pomegranate molasses, white vinegar, salt, spices, oil, and water until the sauce is well combined.

We place the chopped onions in a large bowl.

We add the chopped potatoes to the bowl.

We add the chopped tomatoes and minced ginger to the vegetables.

We pour part of the sauce over the vegetables, then we mix them well.

We place the vegetables inside the oven bag.

We coat the whole chicken with the remaining sauce and massage it well.

We place the chicken over the vegetables inside the oven bag.

We pour the remaining sauce into the bag over the chicken and vegetables.

We close the oven bag tightly, then make two small slits on the sides with a knife.

We place the bag in a baking tray and put it in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes.

We lower the oven temperature to 180°C (356°F) and leave the chicken for one full hour until fully cooked.

We remove the tray from the oven, open the bag carefully, then serve the chicken with the vegetables and cut it before serving.
