  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio

Steps

    Place 1 cup of flour and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar in a bowl, then mix them well.

    Add 1/2 cup of melted ghee and knead the ingredients for 5 minutes.

    Shape the dough into a ball, then place it in the fridge for 30 minutes

    After 30 minutes, remove the dough from the fridge and roll it out.

    Cut the dough into small pieces, then shape them into small balls.

    Place the balls on parchment paper, then gently press them.

    Decorate some of the balls with pieces of pistachio.

    Preheat the oven to 130°C (266°F).

    Place the baking sheet in the oven for 12 minutes.

    Remove the sheet from the oven and let the cookies cool completely before touching them.

    Once the cookies have cooled, store them in an airtight container.
