Start by counting the number of shrimp, as you need half a kilo (19 pieces).

In a bowl, add two tablespoons of soy sauce and mix it well with the egg.

Add half a cup of mayonnaise and a third of a cup of sweet chili sauce to the mixture, and mix them well.

Next, add half a cup of flour and half a cup of cornstarch with a pinch of salt, and mix them well until the ingredients are combined.

Heat frying oil in a pan over medium heat. Take the shrimp, dip them in the previous mixture, and fry them in the hot oil for about two minutes on each side.
