Steps

    We mix the minced meat with the chopped onion, salt, pepper, and cinnamon

    In a pot on the stove, we fry the meatballs in vegetable oil until cooked.

    After the meatballs are cooked, we remove them and set them aside

    In the same pot, we fry the cubed potatoes (optional), onion slices, and chopped peeled tomatoes.

    We season them with salt and pepper to taste.

    After they soften, we add the meatballs with hot water mixed with tomato paste and a little pomegranate molasses.

    We let the ingredients cook on low heat until fully cooked
