Creamy Shrimp Pasta

- 1Psc.Chopped Onion
- 2ClovesMinced garlic
- 500Grams (g) Shrimp
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil

- 1PinchRed chili flakes

We start by turning on the Instant Pot to the sauté mode, then we sauté the onion and garlic in a little vegetable oil until they soften.

We add the tomatoes, tomato paste, and a little water, then we let the mixture cook down slightly.

We add the pasta, then we pour boiling water just enough to cover the pasta without excess.

We close the Instant Pot and we cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.

When the time is up, we leave the pot for 10 minutes to release steam naturally.

We open the pot and we add the cooking cream, milk, cream cheese, and mozzarella, then mix until everything melts and combines.

In a separate pan, we sauté the shrimp in a little oil with garlic, salt, and black pepper until fully cooked.

We add lemon juice to the sautéed shrimp.

We place the shrimp on top of the pasta in the pot or when serving.

We sprinkle crushed chili flakes on top as desired.
