Creamy Shrimp Pasta

We heat butter and olive oil in a pan over heat

Add the minced garlic and a bit of fresh dill, and sauté them until fragrant.

We add the shrimp and season it with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and ginger powder.

Let it sit for 3 minutes until it changes color and then remove it from the skillet

In the same pan, we pour a cup of milk mixed with 1 tablespoon of flour and stir until it starts to thicken.

Then we add the cooking cream and the vegetable stock cubes and let it boil.

We add a small amount of fresh dill again, return the shrimp to the sauce, and stir it gently.

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package

We add the pre-cooked pasta and mix everything together well.

We stir in a small amount of mozzarella cheese to blend with the pasta

We transfer the pasta with shrimp to a Pyrex dish, top it generously with mozzarella cheese.
