Creamy mushroom steak
Ingredients

- 0.5Grams (g) Butter
- 1CupOlive oil

- 5ClovesGarlic
- 10Grams (g) Mushroom
- 0.25Cupwater
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Mustard
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Soy sauce
- 0.25Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
- 5Psc.Potato
- 0.25CupMilk
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Fish Sauce

To prepare the steak: In a hot pan, add olive oil, butter, and rosemary, then place the steak pieces until they change color on one side. Flip them to the other side, add black pepper, and remove them from the heat before they are fully cooked to finish cooking in the sauce.

In the same pan, add butter, then the chopped onions and sliced garlic, and sauté until they soften. Next, add the mushrooms and a sprig of rosemary, cooking until they wilt. Then, add water as shown in the video, along with mustard, black pepper, cream, soy sauce, and fish sauce (optional). Let it cook for two minutes, then add the steak slices and the juices released during cooking, seasoning with salt to taste. Let it simmer for two more minutes, and it's ready to eat.

To prepare mashed potatoes, we use: 5 potatoes, ¼ cup of butter, ¼ cup of milk, salt, black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Serve the dish, and enjoy!
