Ingredients

  • 400Grams (g) Mushroom
  • 1ClovesMinced garlic

  • 4Psc.Beef Stock
  • 2Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream

  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Wild thyme

Steps

    Put the oil in the skillet and saute the chopped onion until it wilts

    Add the minced garlic and give it a little stir

    Add the mushrooms and stir until they reach the golden color shown in the video

    Pour in the beef or chicken broth and let the mixture simmer
