Start by boiling the beets in water until they are cooked, as this takes time on the stove.

After the beets are cooked, peel them and cut them into small pieces.

Put the beetroot pieces in the blender and add feta cheese, then two tablespoons of cream cheese.

Add half a teaspoon of crushed garlic, and if you don't want to crush the garlic, you can just add a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, and some hot water to mix the ingredients together until you have a sauce of a beautiful color.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, then place it on a plate.

Pour the sauce you prepared over the pasta and stir it well until it mixes.

For serving, place a piece of feta cheese on top of the pasta and garnish with mozzarella cheese and some mint leaves.
