  • 1CupShredded carrots
  • 1CupChopped Walnuts
  • 1ClovesMinced garlic
  • 2Psc.Green chili pepper
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Pepper paste
  • 0.5PinchSalt
  • 0.75CupOlive oil
  • 0.75CupOil

Steps

    Chop the olives and place them in a bowl.

    Add the grated carrot to the olives.

    Add the chopped walnuts.

    Add the red pepper paste (pepper molasses).

    Add the chopped green hot peppers.

    Add the crushed garlic and salt.

    Mix all the ingredients well until combined.

    Transfer the mixture into sterilized jars.

    Cover the mixture with olive oil and regular oil.

    Seal the jars tightly for preservation.

    Note: Pickles are stored in the refrigerator during the summer, but in winter they are stored outside the refrigerator.
