Ingredients

  • 1CupOlive oil
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Thymus
  • 1PinchRed chili flakes
  • 1CupHoney
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Mayonnaise
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Hot Sauce
  • 0.5Psc.lemon

Steps

    Cut each corn cob in half, then slice each half lengthwise into four pieces.

    Mix olive oil with the spices and honey, then coat the corn with this mixture.

    Place the corn in the oven or air fryer at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.

    In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with hot sauce and the juice of half a lemon.

    Once the corn is out of the oven, brush it with the mayonnaise and hot sauce mixture.
