Coffee Tiramisu
Ingredients
- 1Grams (g) Philadelphia cheese
- 3PacketKiri cheese
- 0.5CanSweetened Condensed Milk
- 1PacketDream whip
- 200CupWhipping cream
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 4Teaspoons (tsp)Instant coffee
- 2Cupwater
- 2CupPowdered sugar
- 1Psc.Ladyfinger biscuits
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cocoa powder

We dissolve 4 teaspoons of instant coffee in 2 cups of warm water and set it aside to cool.

We place the Philadelphia cheese and Kiri cheese in a large bowl.

We beat the cheese until smooth and creamy.

We add the sweetened condensed milk and continue mixing.

We add the Dream Whip, whipping cream, and vanilla, then beat until the mixture thickens.

We add 4 tablespoons of the dissolved coffee and 2 tablespoons of fine sugar, then mix well until fully combined.

We place a layer of the cream mixture in the serving cups.

We dip the ladyfingers briefly in the coffee (without soaking too long) and arrange them on top of the cream layer.

We repeat the layers (cream – dipped biscuits) until reaching the top.

We finish with a final layer of cream.

We dust the surface with cocoa powder using a small sieve.

We refrigerate the cups for at least 6 hours to allow flavors to set.
