Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients
- 750Kilograms (kg)Chicken Breast
- 5Psc.eggs
- 1PinchSalt
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cajun spices
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Onion powder
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Chicken Stock Powder
- 2PacketBreadcrumbs
- 2CupWheat flour
- 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
- 0.5CupMilk

Put the tray in the freezer for 1.5 hours to firm up the nuggets.

Remove the nuggets from the air fryer after about 20 minutes.

Fry the remaining nuggets in hot oil using the traditional method until golden brown.

Place some of the nuggets in the air fryer with a little oil and cook until crispy.

Dip each nugget first in the dry breadcrumb mix, then in the egg mixture, and again in the dry mix for coating.

Take the nuggets out of the freezer.

In another bowl, whisk 4 eggs with a pinch of salt and ½ cup milk (optional).

Add the same spices used for the chicken to the breadcrumb mixture.

In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups of breadcrumbs with 2 tablespoons of wheat flour and 3 tablespoons of cornstarch.

Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes

Place the shaped nuggets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Shape the chicken mixture into nuggets in your desired shape.

Transfer the ground chicken mixture to a bowl.

Blend the mixture in the food processor until smooth and well combined.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt

Add the seasonings (paprika, Cajun, garlic powder, onion powder, chicken bouillon powder).

Add 1 egg to the chicken.
