Chicken Fatteh with Rice

We fry the cashews in ghee until golden, then set them aside.

Boil the chicken until cooked and then cut it into small slices

In a pot over heat, we add a little oil and the rice.

We add salt, black pepper, and cinnamon to taste, then pour in the chicken broth

We let the mixture boil, then reduce the heat, cover the pot, and let it simmer until fully cooked

Cut the bread into small cubes and toast it, then arrange the pieces in a Pyrex tray or serving dish.

We spread the shredded boiled chicken over the bread

We prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing the yogurt with water, mashed garlic, tahini, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and cinnamon.
