  • 1Psc.Clover
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Italian spices
  • 1CupOil

Steps

    We mix the Cajun spice with olive oil and water until it forms a paste.

    We coat the chicken with this paste and let it marinate for half an hour.

    We season the vegetables with Italian spices or any spices we prefer, along with a spray of cooking oil.

    We place the chicken and vegetables in a foil-lined baking dish.

    We cover the dish with foil and put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius until the chicken is cooked.

    If we want the chicken to be crispy, we remove the foil at the end.
