Steps

    We mix all the cheeses with the egg, flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.

    We grease a baking tray with oil and spread the first layer of puff pastry at the bottom.

    We cover the filling with a second layer of pastry and seal the edges well.

    We bake the börek in a preheated oven at 180–200°C (356–392°F), with top and bottom heat and turbo (if available), for 30–35 minutes until golden and crisp.
