Ingredients

  • 150Grams (g) Biscuit
  • 50Grams (g) Butter
  • 200Grams (g) Greek yogurt
  • 1Psc.Pineapple
  • 1CupBrown sugar

Steps

    Cover can of pineapple slices with a layer of wet brown sugar

    Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius then Place the pineapple in the air fryer for 7 minutes until caramelized

    In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter

  4. 4

    Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a serving dish as the first layer

    we add the Greek yoghurt with salted caramel flavor on top of the biscuit layer

    Place the caramelized pineapple slices on top of the yogurt

  7. 7

    Decorate the dish with the remaining biscuits and refrigerate until cool
