- 1.5CupWhipping cream
- 2Grams (g) Butter
- 2PinchSalt
- 0.25Grams (g) Dark chocolate
- 0.25Grams (g) Milk Chocolate

Wait until the edges of the sugar start to turn red and melt, then begin stirring carefully; do not stir before this stage.
