Ingredients

  • 1.5CupWhipping cream
  • 2Grams (g) Butter
  • 2PinchSalt
  • 0.25Grams (g) Dark chocolate
  • 0.25Grams (g) Milk Chocolate

    Add the sugar to a wide frying pan and spread it evenly

    Wait until the edges of the sugar start to turn red and melt, then begin stirring carefully; do not stir before this stage.

    Make sure the sugar is completely melted, then add the butter.

    Mix well until fully combined.

    Gradually add a cup of cream, stirring constantly.

    Add the salt and continue stirring.

    Remove half of the mixture, then add milk chocolate to the remaining half.
