Steps

    We wash and pat dry the calamari using a paper towel.

    In a pan over high heat, we heat some olive oil and sauté the calamari until it turns golden.

    We lower the heat, then add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic, and stir until softened.

    We add the beans, thyme, and parsley, and stir until everything is well combined.

    We season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, give it one final stir, then turn off the heat.

    In a serving dish, spread a layer of labneh, arrange the calamari mixture on top, and serve the salad immediately.
