  • 0.5CupWarm milk

    Soak five dates in half a cup of warm milk until they soften.

    Add two eggs and one teaspoon of vanilla to the date and milk mixture.

    Place the ingredients in a blender and blend well until smooth and combined.

    Add one cup of ground oats or whole wheat flour along with one teaspoon of baking powder to the mixture.

    Blend again until all ingredients are well incorporated.

    Pour the mixture into a greased or parchment-lined baking pan.
