- 1CupWalnut
- 1To TasteMozzarella
- 1To TasteOrange cheddar cheese

To make the first filling Heat a little corn oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until softened

Add salt, black pepper, chopped mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, and Italian herbs. Stir until well combined

Let the filling cool slightly before use.

Second Filling: Place the oiled sun-dried tomatoes, seasoned green olives, and walnuts in a food processor and blend well until you reach the desired consistency.

Mix them with mozzarella cheese until well combined.

Third Filling: Grate both types of cheddar cheese (mild and aged).

Mix the cheese with chopped jalapeños and a pinch of black pepper.

Preparing the Pastries: Roll out the puff pastry on a clean surface, then cut it into squares or any desired shape.

Place a suitable amount of filling in each piece of dough.

Seal the pastry tightly into triangles, squares, or rolls as desired.

Put the samosas in heavy and hot oil, then reduce the heat to medium and let them cook until they take on a golden color.
