Pecan Cookies
Ingredients

- 94CupBrown sugar
- 30CupMaple syrup
- 140CupFlour
- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 0.5CupPecan
- 1Psc.eggs

Add the butter to a large bowl, then add the brown sugar and mix well until combined.

Add the maple syrup or honey and mix until the ingredients are well blended.

Crack in the egg and beat with an electric mixer until the mixture becomes creamy.

Sift the flour and baking powder over the mixture.

Mix with a spatula until a smooth dough forms.

Place the dough on parchment paper and shape it into a log.

Wrap the dough tightly in the parchment paper and roll it in chopped pecans or nuts to coat.
