Ingredients

- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
- 1Psc.Potato
- 2CupRice
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Turmeric powder
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
- 1.5Psc.Chicken stock
- 1Grams (g) Caraway
- 0.5CupFava beans

In a frying pan on the fire we fry the beans in oil and in the meantime we boil the chicken with the seasonings (onion, cardamom, cinnamon and black pepper).

Put a tablespoon of bean frying oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add the boiled chicken pieces to the pot and stir them around until they are golden on the sides.

Add a pinch of cinnamon on top of the chicken to enhance the flavor and enhance the taste

Fry the potato slices in oil beforehand until golden, then add them to the pot with the chicken

Add the refried beans on top of the chicken and potatoes

Mix the rice with a pinch of turmeric, a pinch of cumin and a pinch of caraway, then add it to the pot with the rest of the ingredients.

Put the pot on high heat for 3 minutes until the chicken is browned

Add the amount of broth (1.5 cups) to the pot, then simmer over high heat until the liquid is absorbed, then lower the heat until cooked
