  • 0.25Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream

Steps

    Place cocoa, starch, and salt in a strainer over the pan and sift them.

    Add the sugar and milk to the sifted mixture.

    Turn on the stove to low‑medium heat and whisk constantly until the mixture melts well and begins to boil.

    Let it boil for one minute while continuing to whisk.

    Turn off the heat and add the vanilla, butter, and cooking cream.

    Mix well again and let it cool down slightly.

    Transfer to serving cups.

    Cover with stretch wrap to prevent a dry layer from forming on top.

    Put in the fridge overnight.

    The next day, it’s ready to serve with cream.
