  • 1Kilograms (kg)Sweet potato
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Vanilla ice cream
  • 0.5CupHot Milk
  • 0.5CupSugar
  • 1Grams (g) Butter
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 1Psc.Banana
  • 1CupNuts

    Wash the sweet potatoes well, then wrap them in parchment paper followed by aluminum foil.

    Bake the potatoes in the oven for about an hour until fully cooked.

    In a pan over low heat, add the sugar and let it melt completely until it becomes caramel.

    Add the butter, milk, and a pinch of salt, and stir well.

    Add a spoonful of starch to the caramel mixture, stirring continuously until it thickens.

    Take the potatoes out of the oven and carefully cut them open from the middle.

    Add the banana slices on top, then sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the sweet potato.
