- 1Psc.Brioche Bread
- 2SlicesGouda Cheese
- 4Grams (g) Butter
- 1CupMinced parsley
- 1To TasteMozzarella

We cut the beef into thin slices.

Marinate the beef with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, paprika, steak seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Let it sit for 2 hours to absorb the flavors.

Heat a pan over high heat, then add the marinated beef and sear it until golden brown.

Add the butter to the pan and sauté the beef for a few more minutes. Then, add the sliced onions and bell peppers, stirring until they soften slightly.

Add the Gouda cheese slices to the mixture and stir until the cheese melts and blends with the ingredients

Prepare the brioche by brushing it with a mixture butter, garlic powder, and parsley.

Fill the brioche with the steak mixture, then top it with another piece of bread and sprinkle some shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
