Ingredients

- 1Grams (g) Mushroom

- 0.3PinchThyme
- 1CanCheddar
- 1Psc.Roasted garlic
- 2CupGreen olives
- 2Teaspoons (tsp)Truffle oil
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Mayonnaise

In a bowl, mix the minced meat with burger mix (if available) or just salt and pepper.

Shape the meat into small balls. In a hot buttered skillet, press the balls with a heavy tool to form patties. Flip to cook on both sides.

Add cheddar cheese on top of the hot burger patty then another layer of burger.

In a skillet, add chopped onions, salt, pepper, and a bit of water. Keep adding water gradually until the onions caramelize.

Add mushrooms to the skillet until browned, then return caramelized onions to the pan and add sugar, thyme or oregano, and soy sauce. Mix well.

Add cheddar cheese and cover the skillet until the cheese melts.

To Prepare the Sauce: Add a bit of sautéed mushrooms, roasted garlic, olives, and truffle or olive oil to a food processor. Blend well, then add mayonnaise and blend again until smooth.

Spread the sauce on the burger bun, add lettuce, the cooked burger, another layer of sauce, and the mushroom-onion-cheese mix.
