  • 150CupFine bulgur
  • 1Psc.Tomato
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste
  • 1CupHummus
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 0.25BunchParsley
  • 2Cupwater

Steps

    We heat the oil in a pot, then add the finely chopped onion and sauté until it becomes golden.

    We add the finely chopped tomato to the onion and continue stirring.

    We add the boiled chickpeas to the mixture then season with salt and black pepper to taste

    We add the chopped parsley then add the soaked and rinsed bulgur and afterwards we add the tomato paste.

    We add water in the same amount as the bulgur then bring the mixture to a boil We reduce the heat cover the pot and let it cook until the bulgur is done and absorbs the water for about 15 minutes
