We heat a pan and add the ground meat, stirring it until it browns well.

We add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the meat, continuing to stir until the onion softens.

We add the spices (black pepper, salt, paprika, and "Sab'a Baharat") to the meat mixture

Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and ½ cup tomato sauce, mixing until the ingredients are well combined and slightly thickened.

Boil the pasta in the usual way and let it cook until al dente

We prepare the yogurt mixture by blending 3 containers of yogurt with 1 minced garlic clove and mint-flavored milk (according to taste) until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

We assemble the dish by layering the boiled pasta, then a layer of the yogurt mixture, followed by a layer of the meat sauce in a serving dish
