  • 0.5CupPeanut butter
  • 0.75CupRoasted peanut
  • 1Grams (g) Dark chocolate
  • 1PinchMaldon Sea Salt

Steps

    In a food processor, blend the dates and oats together until a sticky dough forms.

    Line a suitable tray with parchment paper, then press the date-oat mixture evenly into the base.

    Spread the peanut butter over the date layer, then sprinkle the roasted peanuts on top.

    Place the tray in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up the layers.

    Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler (or microwave).

    After 30 minutes, pour the melted chocolate over the chilled layers, and optionally sprinkle with Maldon salt flakes.

    Return the tray to the freezer for 1 hour or more until fully set.

    Remove from the freezer, slice into bars, and serve cold
