Ingredients

  • 1Psc.Ripe banana
  • 1Psc.eggs
  • 3CupGround Oat
  • 3CupMilk
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 1CupBlueberry

Steps

    Mash the banana in a bowl using a fork.

    Add the egg to the mashed banana.

    Add the vanilla and mix well.

    Add the ground oats and milk, then stir until combined

    Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray.

    Place one or more blueberries into each cube.

    Put the tray in the freezer for at least 3 hours until frozen.

    When needed, remove the cubes and cook them in a non-stick skillet until cooked through and golden.
