  • 1CupOlive oil
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Chicken Stock Powder
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cajun spices

    Finely chop the onions and garlic.

    Cut the chicken breasts into medium-sized cubes

    Heat olive oil in a pan, then add the chopped onions, salt and sauté until softened.

    Add the garlic two minutes after the onions and stir well.

    Add the chicken bouillon powder and the chicken cubes, stirring until the chicken changes color.

    Season with black pepper and Cajun seasoning, then mix well.

    Add the tomato paste, ketchup, and sweet chili sauce, then stir until combined.

    Add the cream and cooking cream to the chicken mixture, stir, and let it cook for two minutes before turning off the heat.

    In a separate pot, bring water to a boil, then add the orzo pasta with a little salt and let it cook for 10 minutes.

    In another pan, heat olive oil, add finely chopped onion, and sauté until translucent.

    Cut the spinach into small pieces as shown in the video

    Add chicken bouillon powder, black pepper, and salt, then add the chopped spinach and stir until wilted.

    Add the cooked orzo pasta to the spinach mixture and mix well.

    Grate the potatoes and then fry them until golden and crispy

    In a serving dish, layer the orzo and spinach mixture, then the chicken mixture, followed by the fried potatoes, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
