Ingredients

  • 2CupDried hibiscus flowers
  • 200CupSugar
  • 1Liters (L)Hot water
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Rose water
  • 1Psc.Lemon juice

Steps

    Rinse the hibiscus petals thoroughly and place them in a bowl.

    Add 1 liter of hot water and sugar and let the petals steep for at least 1 hour or overnight for a richer flavor.

    Strain the hibiscus petals

    Add the orange blossom water and rose water, then mix well.

    Add a squeeze of lemon when serving if desired and serve with ice.
