Ingredients

We soak the rice for 10 minutes in warm water.

We use powdered food coloring to color the rice. For saffron, red, and orange colors, we put each color in a bowl with warm water and mix each color well.

In a pot on the stove, we add the rice with two tablespoons of vegetable oil, then add salt and boiling water. For every cup of rice, we need two and a half cups of boiling water.

We let the rice cook until done, then color it as shown in the video, cover it for 15 minutes
