Ingredients

  • 1CupBasmati rice
  • 1CupBoiling Water
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1PinchSaffron
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Red food coloring
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Orange food coloring
  • 1Kilograms (kg)Chicken

Steps

    We soak the rice for 10 minutes in warm water.

    We use powdered food coloring to color the rice. For saffron, red, and orange colors, we put each color in a bowl with warm water and mix each color well.

    In a pot on the stove, we add the rice with two tablespoons of vegetable oil, then add salt and boiling water. For every cup of rice, we need two and a half cups of boiling water.

    We let the rice cook until done, then color it as shown in the video, cover it for 15 minutes

    After that, we stir the rice, place it in a cake mold, and then flip it onto a serving plate

    For the chicken, we use boneless chicken, marinate it well, then put it in the air fryer.
