  • 2CupSugar
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Orange blossom water
  • 1CupOlive oil
  • 1To TasteSyrup
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Pistachios
  • 0.5CanJam

Steps

    Mix the chopped walnuts with sugar and orange blossom water in a bowl.

    Place a spoonful of the walnut mixture in the center of each Qatayef.

    Fold the Qatayef into a half-moon and seal the edges.

    Lightly brush each Qatayef with vegetable oil.

    Air fry at 200°C for 7 minutes or until golden and crispy.

    Drizzle sugar syrup over the hot Qatayef.

    Spread Kashta on top of the Qatayef or stuff with Kashta as desired.

    Dip the edges in crushed pistachios.

    Add a touch of floral jam on top for garnish.
