Ingredients
- 300Grams (g) Ground meat
- 1Psc.Chopped Onion
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Grated ginger
- 2Psc.Carrot
- 1Psc.Tomato
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
- 1PinchSeven spices
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Curry powder
- 1Psc.Beef Stock
- 1PinchSalt
- 4Liters (L)Hot water
- 2CupBasmati rice
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil

Peel and chop the tomatoes

In a pot over heat, fry the nuts in oil until golden, then set them aside.

In the same oil, add the ground meat and stir until its color changes and it begins to cook.

Add the chopped onion and stir until softened. Then add the grated ginger and chopped carrots, cooking for a few more minutes.

Add the chopped tomato, salt, cinnamon, seven-spice, curry powder, and bouillon cube. Stir all ingredients well.

Pour in 2 cups of hot water, cover the pot, and let it cook on medium heat until the carrots are about three-quarters cooked.

Add the washed basmati rice and cover it with another 2 cups of hot water.

Allow the mixture to boil uncovered until the rice absorbs the water.

Then, reduce the heat, cover the pot, and let it simmer until the rice is fully cooked.

Garnish with the previously roasted nuts and serve hot.
