- 2CupShredded coconut

We spread the puff pastry on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

We bake the tray in the oven for 10 minutes—8 minutes on the bottom heat and 2 minutes on the top—until golden.

In a pot over medium heat, we add 5 cups of water and 10 tablespoons of milk powder, stirring until dissolved.

We add ¾ cup of sugar and stir until the mixture starts to heat.

We add 1 tablespoon of vanilla and 1 can of cream, stirring continuously.

We add 1 teaspoon of ghee and continue stirring until the mixture comes to a gentle boil.

After removing the puff pastry from the oven, we cut it in half and arrange it in a Pyrex dish.

We sprinkle raisins, cranberries, or any preferred nuts over the puff pastry.

We pour the hot milk mixture over everything until fully soaked.

To prepare the top layer, we mix 1 can of cream with 2 scoops of the milk mixture until smooth.

We spread this cream mixture evenly on top of the dish
