Ingredients

  • 1CupFull cream milk
  • 1CupWhipping cream
  • 0.25CupCoconut
  • 2CupRaisin
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
  • 0.5CupSugar
  • 0.5CupCrushed roasted pistachios
  • 0.5CupCrushed roasted almonds
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Pistachios
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream

Steps

    Cut the croissants into slices.

    Place the croissant slices in the air fryer at 190°C for 5 minutes until golden brown.

    In a saucepan, mix the milk, raisins, coconut, cream, sugar, and cinnamon.

    Whisk until well combined, then bring to a simmer for 2 minutes.

    Place the toasted croissant slices into individual ramekins.

    Sprinkle the crushed pistachios and almonds over the croissants

    Pour the hot milk mixture over the croissants.

    We mix two tablespoons of both whipped cream and clotted cream well.

    We add a layer of the whipped cream and clotted cream mixture on top.

    Place the ramekins in the air fryer at 200°C for 8 minutes until golden

    Garnish with ground pistachios and serve warm.
