    Put the water in a saucepan, add the salt, sugar and lemon salt and mix well until the salt dissolves.

    Cut the beetroot into cubes and place it in boiling water for one and a half minutes.

    Place the cucumber, cauliflower, carrot, red turnip, and beetroot into a jar.

    Pour the boiling water over the vegetables to cover them.
